- Avoid hot showers and long baths. Avoid strong soaps and try to choose mild cleansers. Apply a moisturizing cream after having a shower.
- Eat a healthy diet. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins.
- Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. So, manage your stress and always try to keep peace in mind.
- Drink plenty of water. If you don’t drink plenty of water, your body will suck out the moisture from your skin and give it to your body. This will dry out your skin and may cause spots and encourage breakouts.
