The perfect dessert: Black Forest Cake

One of the main ingredients in this black forest cake is cherry brandy. But if you make this cake with cherry brandy, it will be an adult only cake due to high percentage of alcohol. Today I’m going to make this cake with a simple cherry syrup so that everybody in your family can enjoy it.

- Granulated Sugar – 250g
- Butter – 250g

- Fresh Milk – 02 tbsp
- Baking Powder – 02 tsp

- Instant Coffee – ½ tsp

- Water – ½ cup

- Whipping Cream – 300ml
- Powdered Sugar – 02 tbsp

- Dark Chocolate – 100g
- Whipping Cream – 30ml
