Eggless Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients:Chocolate Pudding Cake

  • All-purpose Flour – 90g
  • Sugar – 100g
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder – 40g
  • Baking Powder – 2 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Fresh Milk – 180ml
  • Melted Butter – 42g
  • Vanilla – 1 tsp
  • Ingredients:Chocolate Sauce

  • Brown Sugar – 70g
  • White Sugar – 70g
  • Cocoa Powder – 30g
  • Boiling Water – 300ml
  • Ingredients:For Serving

  • Ice Cream
  • How to cook:

  • To make the cake batter combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together.
  • Mix milk, melted butter and vanilla with this.
  • After that pour this batter into a greased baking pan. (Baking pan size : 8x8x2 in)
  • To make the chocolate sauce, in a separate bowl combine, white sugar, brown sugar and cocoa powder together.
  • When the mixture is ready it needs to sprinkle this on top of the batter.
  • Finally, slowly add boiling water to the batter and bake this cake around 25-30mins under 180C in a pre-heated oven.
  • After baking, let it cool down around 5-10 mins and enjoy.
  • To make this pudding cake more delicious you can add your favorite ice-cream with this.
