Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients:

• Peanut Butter – 126g
• Cream Cheese – 250g
• Icing Sugar – 35g
• Popsicle Sticks – 06
• Chocolate for Coating – 150g
• Colorful Sprinkles for deco

How to cook:

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter and icing sugar together until it becomes smooth.

After that pour to a square plastic container and level the surface.

Then mark the lines to cut squares later and poke popsicle sticks into the middle of squares.

It needs to keep this in the freezer around 02 hours until it sets completely.

When it sets, we can get this out of the freezer and cut into cubes through the lines we marked earlier.

Finally, dip these cubes in melted chocolate and decorate with colorful sprinkles.
