Pink Chocolate Cake Recipe
This eggless Pink Chocolate Cake is specially for White Chocolate Lovers. This colorful eye-catching cake will make you feel heavenly.
Ingredients:Cake Batter
- Fresh Milk – 180ml
- Lemon Juice – 01 tsp
- Butter / Margarine – 35g
- Oil – 10ml
- Powdered Sugar – 40g
- Vanilla – 01 tsp
- Condensed Milk – 125ml
- Cake Flour – 220g
- Baking Powder – 01 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1/3 tsp
- Pink Food Coloring
- Chopped White Chocolate – 25g
Ingredients:Chocolate Ganache
- White Chocolate – 75g
- Condensed Milk – 75g
- Pink Food Coloring
Method:
- First mix lemon juice with milk and keep it aside.
- Mix margarine, sugar, and oil together.
- After that add vanilla.
- Add condensed milk into the mixture.
- Add flour after mixing with baking powder and baking soda.
- Gradually add milk and give it a good mix.
- Divide the batter into two equal parts and mix pink food coloring in one part.
- Add scoops from both batters here and there in your baking tray.
- After adding all the batter run through a knife to release air bubbles.
- Sprinkle some grated white chocolate on the cake.
- Bake the cake around 35-45mins under 180C in a pre-heated oven. After baking let the cake cool down.
- For the chocolate ganache, melt white chocolate in condensed milk. Pour half of this ganache on the cake.
- Add pink food coloring to the rest of the ganache and pour it over the cake.
- Again, sprinkle grated white chocolate over the cake and refrigerate the cake around 30mins to set the ganache.
